Summit worked around our schedule and got us on the books ASAP once we noted a bad smell in our home. William came out promptly, found the source of the smell incredibly fast, and removed the offending critter. William was very communicative throughout the process and made sure that we were informed of what actions he had to take and why. He did a fantastic job finding and addressing the problem, and helped us to get set up to avoid issues like this in the future. You can’t get better service than this!
