I had a great experience with Summit. From initial interaction with Tina, who was super helpful and friendly on the phone, to Tom coming and thoroughly investigating the issue, I couldn’t be happier. I had concerns about an animal in my chimney. Tom did a thorough assessment – inside and out – and determined there was no issue. I wasn’t charged for them to come out for the “estimate” and it certainly felt pressure free from the beginning, even if Tom would have found something that needed removal/fixing. This is a family-owned company and they are friendly and honest!
