Took care of a few shingles that blew off after a nasty storm, but when the water damage continued in a different location During the next storm a few weeks later, I shot Tim a text asking for a reassessment late that evening. I was expecting someone out the following week with all the crazy weather and likely overload on their team, but he sent someone to arrive first thing the next morning! The tech Octavio was incredibly courteous and thorough. They also offer a great military discount! When it’s time to replace my roof, I’ll be going through this team for sure.
