Has a mice issue in his attic. He needs the mice issue resolved as well as the droppings cleaned up and the area disinfected, and getting new insulation.

Solutions provided:

Attic Insulation: Remove all insulation and mice droppings from main attic space. Sterifab to disinfect. Install baffles around HVAC and soffit lines and at entry point. Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line with closed cell spray foam to help with energy efficiency. Install weather stripping on entry point for better energy efficiency. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Includes one time treatment for mice in crawlspace, exterior, and attic space.
