The customer had leaks over the hallways of their garage from their roof leaking.

Solutions provided:

Remove flashing on front side of home indicated by technician. Some shingles may be removed in the process and replaced with new architectural shingle to match as best as possible. (Natural timber). Install brown metal new flashing and seal with roofing caulk. Replace the entire ridge vent on main home indicated by the tech Ian with a new brown metal ridge vent.
