The customer needed attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove accessible insulation and raccoon fecal matter in top attic space. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Air seal any accessible crack, gap, and conduit line for better energy efficiency. Entry point will be widened and braced properly. New white composite insulated entry door will be installed. On front side knee wall, remove accessible insulation from the cathedral part as best as possible and block off with baffling. Blow in new cellulose insulation into cathedral sections. Blow new cellulose insulation in top attic space to R38 (10 inches). Baffle around entry point.
