Dig to age/wear and tear leaks have occurred over upstairs hallway. Remove two sections of ridge vent and damaged shingles. Replace damaged plywood, ice/water shield, and three tab black shingles. Install new black metal ridge vent in the two sections it was removed. 20 L/F of Ridge Vent Section of Plywood on front and back at the ridge to replace. Three Tab Black Shingles.
