Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove old blown/batted fiberglass insulation and animal feces. Sterifab entire attic space to disinfect. Install baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Air seal gaps and conduit lines with spray foam insulation. Install can light covers over the recess lights for better energy efficiency. Check the wires for any damage. If major damage is found during installation client will be notified. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Remove old attic fans and replace with new attic fans. Install roof vent guards over the attic fans to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
