Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove all accessible insulation and mouse fecal matter in the attic space. Use Sterifab to disinfect. Air seal gaps and conduit lines for energy efficiency. Install new baffles at the soffit lines. Install an attic tent over the entry point. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to reach 14 inches (R49).

Remove a small section of boards on the right side of the attic indicated by the technician. This will gain access to the duct lines.

Wrap the duct lines with new R8 hvac duct wrap radiant insulation indicated by the technician.

Install critter guard along roof gap on backside of home located in the porch area only.
